THE STRUCTURE SEEKS THE LANGUAGE OR PERPETUAL CHANGE, YET CONSTANT FLOW. IT WILL BE REALIZED ON A STRUCTURE THAT MIMICS THE CIRCULAR GEOMETRIES AND RYTHMIC PATTERNS THAT WE SEE IN MANY NATIVE CULTURAL ARTIFACTS AND ARTWORKS.
THE CONCEPT, THEN, EXPANDS THE CURRENT IDENTITY OF THE CONCEPT INTO THE SKY AND HORZION.
USING THE FIRE PITS HEAT THE STRUCTURE ACTS AS A'THERMAL FLUE' THAT WILL DRAW COOLER AIR FROM THE SHADED AREAS INDER THE STRUCTURE. AS THAT AIR FLOWS THROUGH OUR PLENUM, IT WILL ACTUATE A NETWORK OF METAL MICRO-STRUCTURES THAT WILL FORM PATTERNS OF CIRCULAR AND RTHYMIC CHANGE. THESE PATTERNS WILL BE REMISCENT OF FAMILIAR NATIVE IMAGERY.
THE LANDSCAPE BELOW THEN BECOMES A SITE FOR CONTEMPLATIONS OF FAMILIES AND VISITORS.
